Key Responsibilities
* Generate new business through outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking).
* Build and manage a pipeline of prospects, converting leads into long-term clients.
* Attend events, conferences, and community gatherings to promote our services and win new opportunities.
* Support digital marketing campaigns with a focus on lead generation.
* Research target markets and identify growth opportunities.
* Work closely with directors to shape and deliver sales strategies.
What We're Looking For
* Strong communication and persuasion skills.
* Confident, outgoing, and able to build instant rapport.
* A proven interest or experience in sales/business development.
* Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient.
* Full UK driving licence desirable (for attending events/meetings).
