MET Technician – Motor Vehicle, Weston-super-Mare (near Bristol)
We’re looking for an experienced MET Technician to become a vital part of our friendly and professional team. If you have a passion for vehicle inspections and repairs and want to work in a supportive, well-equipped environment, this role could be perfect for you.

* Competitive salary of £16 to £19 per hour (£640 - £760 basic per week based on 40 hours) plus a bonus for time saved

What you’ll be doing:
* Conduct mechanical, electrical and technical inspections and repairs on vehicles
* Diagnose and troubleshoot using specialist diagnostic equipment
* Carry out routine maintenance to ensure vehicle safety and performance
* Work collaboratively with the team to exceed customer expectations
* Keep your workspace clean and compliant with safety and quality standards
What we’re looking for:
* Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge
* Experience with diagnostic tools and equipment
* Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Relevant qualifications such as NVQ/SVQ in Automotive Engineering
