The Role
Specialises in residential property matters and is looking for a dedicated Property Solicitor to handle a varied caseload including:
* Residential sales and purchases
* High-value property transactions
* Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
* Leasehold transactions
* New build developments
* Portfolio investments for HNW clients
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements:
* Qualified Property Solicitor in E&W
* Must have a minimum 2 years PQE in residential property matters
* Strong technical knowledge of Residential Conveyancing procedures
* Experience managing your own caseload from instruction to completion
* Excellent client care skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards
Desirable:
* Experience with high-value residential transactions
* Knowledge of leasehold property matters
* Proven track record in business development
