Job Description Mothercare Global Brand are searching for a Global Brand Marketing Manager to join the team on a Fixed Term Contract basis.
This individual will partner with the Global Brand team to lead the global brand marketing planning process, brief and deliver seasonal plans, creative assets, franchise guidelines and measure results. You will confidently liaise with Franchise Partners to ensure their needs are being built into the planning process and build global brand consistency. Ensure brand guidelines and tone of voice are always maintained.
Responsibilities
Leverage consumer insights into compelling marketing plans which drive MGB business growth and franchise partner profitability
Lead the marketing planning process across brand and product categories ensuring long and short term plans deliver the brand strategy and align with the business goals
Brief internal design and operations teams, freelancers and agency partners, on time to ensure excellent quality work is delivered per the go-to-market process and deadlines
Collaborate cross-functionally to develop inspiring, clear briefs which lead to exceptional creative development and implementation guidelines
