Job Description
Join our new housing team during an exciting period of investment and service redesign. We are committed to providing excellent housing support to Bedford residents. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and communication skills, a passion for community service, and a willingness to learn and develop as a housing advice professional. The role involves travel for home visits and site attendances around the Borough, including participation in an out-of-hours service.
This position is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. Successful applicants will need to declare any convictions, cautions, or other relevant information as specified by the Act.
