Experience working with SEN (in school, care, or voluntary settings) preferred, not essential Knowledge of and experience with behaviour management strategies. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate effectively with parents and other professionals. A patient and nurturing approach to working with children. Ability to adapt and be flexible in a fast-paced and changing environment. Commitment to ongoing professional development in SEN practices and strategies.
