Schools across Milton Keynes are seeking dedicated, compassionate, and experienced SEN Teachers to join their teams on a full-time, permanent basis from September.
As an SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering tailored lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils, supporting their academic progress, emotional wellbeing, and personal development. Key Responsibilities - SEN Teacher, Milton Keynes
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to SEN students
* Support pupils with a range of additional needs (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEMH, learning difficulties)
* Create a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment
* Work closely with teaching assistants and support staff
* Monitor and track student progress, adapting strategies as needed
* Liaise with parents, carers, and external professionals where appropriate
The Ideal Candidate - SEN Teacher, Milton Keynes
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience working with students with special educational needs
* Strong understanding of SEN strategies and behaviour management
* Patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
