An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and suitably experienced person to join Raigmore Hospital's Discharge Support Team. The team is central to efficient patient flow from the acute hospital.
The successful candidate will enjoy being part of a dynamic and busy team where multidisciplinary working and effective communication is key.
Significant experience in working with people is essential for this role. Excellent communication skills are required and good IT skills are advantageous. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively as part of the team and using their own initiative.
As this role requires the post holder to hold a full current UK driving licence, preferable with C1/D1 held for a minimum of 2 years, and a maximum of 3 points. Driving is normally within NHS Highland area but occasionally Scotland‑wide.
