Greenbean is looking for a motivated and friendly Recruitment Resourcer to join our team on a temporary, ongoing basis. This is a telephone-based role, ideal for individuals from customer service backgrounds – whether that's in contact centres, retail, leisure, or hospitality – who are ready to transfer their people skills into a new and rewarding setting.

What you’ll be doing:

* Having conversations with candidates over the phone to understand their skills, experience, and aspirations

* Sourcing candidates using job boards, social media, and other tools

* Reviewing CVs and conducting initial interviews

* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our recruitment system

* Supporting recruitment consultants with admin and coordination tasks

* Keeping up to date with trends and developments in the job market

What we’re looking for:

* Confident communication skills, especially over the phone

* Strong organisation and time management

* A collaborative approach and willingness to support your team

* An understanding of the importance of confidentiality and data protection
