Here at Alexander Lloyd, we are currently partnered with a leading employee benefits consultancy that are keen to continue their growth throughout the business and are looking for an experienced client service specialist to join their healthcare team. This role will be hybrid to their Baildon office.
Responsibilities
* Administer all aspects of healthcare schemes such as PMI, cash plans, EAPs
* Act as the primary point of contact for all client queries
* Process renewals, obtain quotes from insurers and produce reports to your consultant
* Must have prior healthcare employee benefit administration experience
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
