About the Role: Supervise lessons across a range of subjects in the absence of the class teacher Ensure pupils remain on task and engaged with their learning Manage classroom behaviour following each school's policies Report back to teaching staff at the end of each lesson Support students in line with their individual needs What We're Looking For: Confident individuals with strong communication skills Previous experience working with young people is desirable (but not essential) Graduates or career changers welcome Adaptability and calm under pressure Must have or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS (we can assist) Training Provided: No experience?
