Reporting into the Head of Partner Operations, you’ll be supporting the Commercial and New Business functions to deliver new partner launches and verification integrations across our global markets. You will be responsible for ensuring direct partner support and the end-to-end integration, including quality assurance. You’ll work with the wider Partner Operations team to ensure the efficient integration of partners. You’ll be the primary contact for integration support in the business, controlling processes and optimisations, from brief to launch.
What we need you to do:
* Hands‑on management of new partner launches, expansions and verification integrations
* Deliver effective communication directly to partners with a priority of delivering smooth and professional integrations
* Responsible for training and quality assurance within the wider Partner Operations team on all integrations
* Work directly with the New Business and Commercial team to support delivery of new integrations against business goals
* Own the end to end process for integrations, including creation and maintenance of internal and external documentation
* Support a global network of partners and teams, with occasional out of hours support required
* Build relationships across the organisation and provide expertise to functional areas
* Supporting Production Specialists to resolve partner or commercial team escalations when required
What we need you to have done:
* You’ll be a hands‑on player, owning all integrations and coaching a team to deliver business goals
* You’ll be able to demonstrate an analytics mindset, looking beyond execution and ensuring the work requested is delivering sufficient value to UNiDAYS
* Experience working with affiliate networks and agencies, including affiliate tracking highly desirable
* Experience working with digital production processes and Content Management
* Demonstrate a track record of successful planning projects, estimating and management of time to execute delivery
* Proven experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously and prioritising based on business and customer demand
* Ability to produce, edit, and upload content for publication with an expert eye for attention to detail
* Ability to work in a team to deliver high‑quality work to tight timelines.

* % of Launch requests delivered on an agreed deadline
* % error rate on partner integrations
