About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and people-centric Customer Success Manager to join us on a freelance basis. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our clients have an exceptional experience from first contact through long-term partnership. This includes onboarding new clients, delivering product demos, nurturing relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand our impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the end-to-end client journey, from onboarding through ongoing success
* Conduct engaging demos and training sessions to showcase the Neuroworx platform
* Act as the main point of contact for client communications and support
* Monitor client health and proactively address any issues or concerns
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client feedback informs product development
* Identify growth opportunities within accounts and support upsell/cross-sell initiatives
* Help refine and improve our customer experience processes as we scale
Ideal Background
* 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles
* Experience in SaaS, HR Tech, or recruitment-related industries is a strong plus
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly
* Comfortable running product demos and training remotely
* Tech-savvy and adaptable in fast-moving startup environments
* Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
