We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Senior Logistics Co-Ordinatorto join our growing team based inLoughton, Essex.
The salary: The ideal candidate will join us on a full-time basis in return for a salary between £30,000 -£34,000 per annum. Exact salary will reflect your experience and skill set.

Your key responsibilities will include:
* To manage and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer focused services, resulting in high levels of customer satisfaction. To include responsibility for recruitment, training and performance management in accordance with our policies.
* Supporting and leading the team to ensure the fleet and depot operations are highly efficient, cost effective and sustainable. Working closely with our partner, Epping Forest District Council and our fleet supplier.
* Optimising our fleet including driver behaviour, fleet check monitoring, regulatory compliance, vehicle maintenance and overseeing insurance and accident damage claims.
* Overseeing the process to acquire and handover vehicles to include the installation and deinstallation of tracking and other devices where required.
* Act as key point of contact with our materials suppliers and provide high levels of communication and process management relating to materials for our housing repairs and void teams. This includes the monitoring of van stock and ordering specialist items from our suppliers to meet customer appointments.
* Provide a materials and fleet service which supports our operatives and their productivity while encouraging safe practices.
* Work with the supply chain to ensure the correct materials are available, costs are recorded and auditable.
* Maintaining accurate records for the materials, fleet and depot services.
* Work closely with other operational teams to develop and manage processes including creating new ways of working which encourages greater efficiencies within the business and high levels of customer service.
* To represent us professionally in meetings and forums.
* Ensure our customer service and delivery is excellent and continually improves.

* Required qualifications and experience:
* Relevant professional degree/qualification, or demonstrable equivalent work experience.
* Good familiarity of Microsoft Office and Total Mobil
* Proven operational experience in variety of settings.
* Experience of delivering process improvements.
* Data management and analytical skills to improve services and productivity.
