Sandhurst School is seeking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic Reception and Admin Assistant to join our friendly and supportive admin team.

The successful candidate should be confident and comfortable liaising with parents, staff and students. A background in an educational setting would be an advantage.

The applicant will need to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail together with strong interpersonal and communication skills. With the ability to multi‑task whilst working under pressure with ever‑changing priorities.

As the candidate develops, they will be asked to take on specific tasks and projects.

Training and support will be provided by the existing team of friendly and mutually supportive colleagues.


Grade/Salary Range

Hours: 37 hours per week term time only + 10 days non‑term time

Grade: BG‑J‑SP3

Salary Range: £24,796 – £25,989 full time equivalent plus £729 fringe allowance

Actual Salary: £22,422 per annum inclusive of fringe allowance
