Overview
CRM Support and Training Expert – European Leader in defence undergoing a major digital transformation. A brand-new role opening for a CRM Support and Training Expert to join them on this exciting journey.
With the office based in Hertfordshire, this is a hybrid role which will see you in the office three days a week, with two days working from home.
Responsibilities
* Analysing the needs for training and support
* Planning and crafting comprehensive training interventions
* Planning and delivering user support and follow-up sessions during the adoption phase
* Conducting regular assessments to determine the level of user understanding
* Collecting and analysing new requirements and business needs
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams
* Identifying new risks associated with the CRM implementation
Qualifications
* Valid SC clearance or be SC eligible
* A relevant University degree is preferred
* Relevant industry experience working in a highly regulated environment
* Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics and/or Salesforce
* Experience supporting larger teams
Package
Salary ranges from around £50,000 to £55,000, plus a range of excellent benefits, including an annual bonus, overtime, and more.
