Overview
Wells Cathedral School seeks a Sous Chef to assist and deputise for the Head Chef with the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen to ensure the School’s reputation for food quality is maintained at all times.
Full-time, 40 hours per week, all year round
Responsibilities
* Assist and deputise for the Head Chef in the kitchen operations to maintain high food quality and service standards.
Qualifications
* Level 2 Award in Food Safety or equivalent qualification is essential.
