Reports to: Senior Chef de Partie & Head Chef Direct Reports: None Area of Business: Cutters Wharf Purpose Under the general direction of the Head Chef, and within the limits of established procedures, to prepare and cook food to the standards set and to maintain the cleanliness of the Kitchen. Responsibilities To adhere to all standards established in the preparation, cooking and presentation of all foods To ensure that goods are stored in the correct conditions and that stock rotation is carried out correctly To maintain the hygiene of the kitchen at all times in food storage, preparation and cooking To clean food production areas, equipment and utensils To ensure that a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance is maintained at all times Any other duties relevant and related to the post Educational qualifications Educated to secondary level standard Food Safety Level 1 is preferable Skills and Experience No previous cheffing experience is necessary Previous kitchen experience is preferable Enthusiastic and a willingness to learn and develop new skills Team player NIJobs To be considered for this role you will be redirected to and must complete the application process on our careers page.
