A top regional law firm is seeking a Solicitor to join its highly regarded Property Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with experience in property litigation to develop their career within a supportive, forward-thinking environment.
The team advises a broad range of clients, including commercial landlords, developers, private individuals, and landowners, on complex and high-value disputes concerning property and land use. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of commercial and residential matters, while also supporting senior colleagues on more strategic and protracted disputes.
For more senior individuals, you will play an active role in mentoring junior team members and contributing to the continued success of a department recognised by both Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners.
The firm is ideally looking for Solicitors or Legal Executives with demonstrable experience in real estate disputes. Those with a mixed litigation background and a strong interest in specialising in this field are also encouraged to apply. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. A commitment to client care and collaborative working is essential.
This is a career-building opportunity within a firm that values individuality, professional growth, and long-term progression.
