Deloitte Digital seeks a highly skilled Salesforce Data Cloud and AgentForce Solution Architect to build and deploy cutting‑edge customer service solutions. You will architect and implement integrated solutions leveraging the power of Salesforce Data Cloud to enhance AgentForce functionality. Your expertise in data modelling, ETL processes, data governance, and API integration will be key to creating robust and scalable solutions. A deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Service Cloud and other relevant technologies, is essential.
Technical Skills
* Experience in marketing automation, data model and architecture in the Salesforce ecosystem or equivalent
* Customer Data Modelling best practices
* Salesforce cross‑cloud integrations
* Proficiency in moderately complex SQL queries
* Experience in integrating with cloud‑based data warehouses/data lakes (e.g. Snowflake, Databricks or equivalent)
* Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Agentforce capabilities, including building and deploying AI‑driven agents.
* Practical knowledge of Generative AI workflow design within the Salesforce ecosystem.
* Familiarity with Agentic AI orchestration for autonomous process execution across Salesforce Clouds.
* Strong understanding of the Salesforce Trust Layer and its role in secure, compliant AI deployments.
Required
* Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant – plus experience with at least 1 end‑to‑end Salesforce Data Cloud implementation
* Agentforce Specialist certification – plus experience implementing 1‑2 Agentforce POCs for a client
* Salesforce Admin certification
* Platform App Builder certification – experience implementing Salesforce Flows
* Effective presentation skills to both technical and non‑technical audiences
Preferred
* Experience with SOQL and APEX
* Front‑end coding skills (HTML, CSS/SASS, Typescript, React, XML, JSON)
Responsibilities
* Develop, build, and implement Salesforce Data Cloud instances in conjunction with Sales, Service and Commerce Cloud.
* Drive end‑to‑end project execution, encompassing analysis, documentation, solution development, testing, and performance, to meet client expectations.
* Identify technical design and data model risks, confirm their validity, and devise strategies to mitigate them.
* Actively participate in technical design and data model workshops alongside Engineering Teams and business stakeholders.
* Clearly translate and communicate technical requirements and solutions to the business using story‑based narratives, and present strategies and recommendations to executives.
* Leverage knowledge of new and upcoming features in the Salesforce ecosystem to recommend more efficient solutions.
* Ensure that technical documentation is consistently updated through active participation in technical workshops.
* Lead sessions to understand client needs in technical marketing and Salesforce Data Cloud requirements, and act as a crucial technical resource throughout the implementation process.
* Assess client requirements, propose effective solutions, and communicate the capabilities and limitations of Salesforce Data Cloud.
* Function as a technical solution specialist within the Salesforce Data Cloud ecosystem, including components like Data streams, Unified Data Model, Transformations/Insights, Identity Resolution, Segmentations and Activations.
* Develop, oversee, and maintain key data model, segmentation, architecture, code documentation, and technical specifications for designated workstreams.
* Lead the development and physical design of solutions, guide the development team, and ensure the system's architectural integrity.
* Manage workstreams in large‑scale enterprise implementations, focusing on Salesforce Data Cloud architecture and data models.
* Design and integrate Agentforce‑powered AI capabilities into Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud solutions to enhance automation, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
* Develop and optimise Generative AI workflows for tasks such as personalised content creation, summarisation, and insight generation – ensuring adherence to Salesforce Trust Layer security and compliance standards.
* Apply Agentic AI best practices to orchestrate multi‑step, autonomous Salesforce processes that span across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Data Cloud.
* Identify AI‑specific risks related to data usage, bias, and model behaviour, and work with stakeholders to implement mitigation strategies in line with Salesforce guidance.
* Stay up to date with new Salesforce AI ecosystem features (including Trust Layer enhancements) and proactively recommend opportunities for value creation.

You will be based in London or Manchester with hybrid working.
