Position Overview: As a Quality Business Administrator Apprentice, you will play a key role in supporting our Quality function, working closely with both our Quality Lead and Quality, Safety & Facilities Manager. This rotation-based role will give you exposure to quality inspections, compliance, safety, facilities, and continuous improvement initiatives. You'll help ensure that our products and processes meet the required standards, supporting both operational excellence and regulatory compliance. About the Course: This 12-18-month apprenticeship allows you to earn while you learn, completing a Level 3 Business Administration qualification. You'll gain practical experience across quality and compliance functions, working on projects, managing records, and improving processes. Along the way, you'll develop valuable skills in reporting, communication, organisation, and problem-solving, building a strong foundation for a wide range of business roles. Responsibilities: Rotate between the Quality Lead and Quality, Safety & Facilities Manager, gaining experience across quality, compliance, safety, and facilities management. Conduct inspections of materials and products, ensuring compliance with company and industry quality standards. Maintain detailed records of inspections, audits, and quality reports. Support internal and external audits, contributing to the maintenance of our ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 certifications. Assist with root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions. Collaborate with production teams and suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve processes. Support health, safety, and environmental initiatives, helping to maintain a safe, compliant, and sustainable workplace. Contribute to facilities management activities, including overseeing maintenance, coordinating contractors, and ensuring a safe working environment. Participate in work-based projects focused on process improvement and efficiency. You'll enjoy organising, learning, and supporting others, with a natural attention to detail and a proactive approach to getting things done. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: A keen interest in quality, compliance, safety, and business operations. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Good communication skills and a professional, approachable manner. An eagerness to learn, take ownership, and develop new skills. A basic level of IT proficiency, with a willingness to learn new systems and software. GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths, or a willingness to work towards them. Why Join MasterMover?
