Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Associate must have NMC pin or a Health Care Assistant ( must have experience in the private sector and hold relevant qualifications) to join our team at Ghosh Medical Group in Liverpool. This role is vital in providing exceptional care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being as we expand our services.
Responsibilities
* Support clinical staff in delivering high-quality patient care.
* Phlebotomy skills are essential for this role
* Administration of Vaccinations
* Wound care
* Carry out smear tests ( nursing associate nmc)
* Experience of carrying out ECGS essential
* Assisting in theatre
* Holding consultations
* Audits
* Maintain accurate patient records and care plans.
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
* Help with the administration of medications as directed by medical staff.
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.
* Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients.
* Adhere to health and safety and CQC regulations at all times.
* Qualifications
* Previous experience as a nursing associate with NMC pin or a health care assistant qualification to, or in a similar role is essential.
* Experience in the private sector
* Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
* A compassionate approach to patient care.
* Driving license is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: £19,254.09-£25,524.00 per year
