We're seeking someone who is patient, attentive, and values every small step forward.To be successful, you'll need a full manual driving licence to drive an adapted mobility vehicle, confidence in supporting someone with mental health needs and complex care requirements, and the ability to communicate effectively with someone whose communication style may vary.A calm and genuine presence, a good sense of humour, and deep respect for others are also essential qualities for this role.What you'll be doingAs a Support Worker, you'll play an important role in helping this individual live safely, comfortably, and in a way that reflects their preferences.
