Service Manager – Vending & Coffee Industry
Location: Birmingham, Solihull, Redditch, Warwick, Worcester, Kidderminster, Stourbridge, Dudley, Wolverhampton, Lichfield, Coventry
Salary: £38,000 – £40,000 + Electric Company Car + Company Benefits

The Role
A great opportunity has become available for an experienced Service Manager to lead and support a regional team of field engineers, an internal engineer, and a service coordinator. You will be responsible for making sure all service visits, repairs, and maintenance work are carried out smoothly, on time, and to the highest standards.
Main duties include:
* Leading and supporting the service team to meet daily targets and customer expectations
* Planning and managing service schedules, repair visits, and maintenance work
* Ensuring all health and safety guidelines are followed
* Acting as a point of technical support for the team
* Looking for ways to improve service processes and customer satisfaction
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through excellent service
The Candidate
The right person for this role will have:
* At least 5 years’ experience in the vending and coffee machine industry
* Previous experience managing or leading a service or engineering team
* Good technical knowledge of coffee and vending equipment maintenance and repair
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
* A positive, customer-focused attitude with good communication skills
* A full UK driving licence
