Estate Agent Branch Manager
This role is for an enthusiastic, skilled, and charismatic Estate Agent seeking a responsible and well‑paid position with a dynamic and growing business where success, commitment, and hard work are both recognised and rewarded.
* Minimum 5 years experience in the Estate Agency industry, including practical experience in valuations and instruction gaining.
* Lead by example, motivate the team, and manage all aspects of selling homes.
* On‑target earnings up to £55,000. Basic salary £31,000 plus a choice of a £4,000 car allowance or company car.
* Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 am‑5:30 pm and Saturdays 9:00 am‑5:00 pm, with one Saturday off every three (resulting in a 5‑day working week).
* Annual leave entitlement starting at 33 days, increasing with service.
