As Junior Sous Chef, you'll support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen. You'll help maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene while contributing to menu development and team leadership.
Responsibilities
* Assist in managing kitchen operations and service.
* Supervise and support junior team members.
* Ensure consistency and quality across all dishes.
* Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
* Contribute ideas for menu improvements and seasonal dishes.

Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar role or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up.
* Passion for fresh, high-quality food.
* Strong organisational and leadership skills.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
* Team player with a positive attitude.
Work Hours & Schedule
Hours: 40 hours per week. Schedule: Monday to Friday (no weekends). Monday‑Friday schedule for a balanced lifestyle.
Pay & Team Information
Pay: £19.47 per hour. Team size: 19 kitchen professionals.
