Key Responsibilities
1. Assisting fee earners with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion
2. Preparing and managing legal documents, correspondence, and contracts
3. Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties
4. Conducting searches and handling post-completion matters
5. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case management records
6. Supporting the team with general administrative duties as required
Requirements
7. Minimum of 6 months’ experience in a residential conveyancing or similar legal support role
8. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
9. Excellent communication and client care skills
10. Ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines
11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems
