Team Manager - Reablement Team (Adult Social Care)
Location: Cheshire West
Contract: Temporary (cover during recruitment process)
Pay Rate: £44 per hour
Eden Brown Synergy is currently recruiting for an experienced Team Manager to join the Reablement Team within Adult Social Care in Cheshire West. This is a temporary opportunity to provide management cover while the permanent recruitment process is completed.
This role would suit a confident and experienced Adult Social Worker with previous supervisory or management experience, ideally within reablement or short-term intervention services.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide operational leadership and day-to-day management of the Reablement Team.
Supervise and support social workers and reablement staff.
Oversee assessments, care planning, and short-term reablement interventions.
Ensure compliance with the Care Act 2014 and associated legislation.
Monitor performance, manage caseload allocation, and maintain service standards.
Work collaboratively with health partners and multi-disciplinary teams.
Contribute to service improvement and ensure high-quality outcomes for service users.
Requirements:
Qualified Social Worker (Degree/DipSW/CQSW or equivalent).
Social Work England registration.
Significant experience within Adult Social Care.
Previous team management or supervisory experience.
Strong understanding of reablement services and strengths-based practice.
Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
