We are looking for a Senior Producer to join the National Theatre Creative Studio Team. Working under the direction of the Head of Creative Studio - Video, to create materials for a wide range of National Theatre projects but primarily focused on working on production key art, moving image and campaign content. The Senior Producer will lead on Moving Image concepting and execution, originating new ideas and assets, the span of which is extremely broad, including large campaigns, small bespoke videos for the National Theatre and it's social channels. This role helps set the benchmark for creative thinking and execution, inspiring the other members of the team and demonstrating best practice design skills. The role means having overall responsibility for the execution of video projects - originating ideas, pitching right through to final delivery. The role is for anyone who has a strong background in content production, enjoys and excels at being hands-on, has a collaborative mind-set and is confident to lead and direct people and projects. The position would suit a seasoned Producer ready to step-up to a senior level, or a current Senior Producer looking for a chance to expand their creative opportunities. The successful candidate will have the following: Extensive experience as a Content Producer or Senior Producer level with demonstrable experience either in-house or agency The proven ability to come up with successful creative ideas, which help to deliver key campaign objectives in an engaging way An understanding of how to create and deliver work for social channels as well as an excellent understanding of social optimisation Proven leadership abilities, with the capacity to manage and mentor junior members of the studio Demonstratable ability to think creatively and strategically about content and produce and/or oversee clear storyboard, script and concept documents If that sounds like you, this may be the role for you!
