Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant (German Speaking)

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Proactively source / Headhunt and screen candidates
* Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial outreach to interview coordination
* Writing and posting job adverts, screening CVs, and conducting candidate interviews
* Becoming a specialist in your market and developing a deep understanding of the industries they serve

* Fluent English and German speaker
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Resilient, driven, and highly motivated to succeed
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn - no experience required
