Our client is looking for a Commercial Contracts Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract. Candidates need to demonstrate a proven track record in working with commercial contracts and agreements.
Based in Bedfordshire, this company offers hybrid working and is open to candidates seeking 100% remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the in-house legal team with the review, amendment, and management of commercial contracts.
2. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure commercial contracts (both supplier and customer) are fit for purpose.
3. Undertake contract administration tasks.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Minimum of one year’s experience working with commercial contracts such as confidentiality agreements, NDAs, third-party agreements, and contracts in the public sector or with suppliers.
2. Good communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
3. A commercial/business outlook toward work.
While the client considers candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience, applications from candidates with different experience levels but relevant skills will also be considered.
