Overview
We are looking for a Chief of Product Security to help us generate product security capability and implement product security on programs across the Rolls-Royce Group. There are two potential tracks for this role:
* Capability generation track: focuses on building, maturing and sustaining Rolls-Royce's product security capability (the rules, tools, methods, skills and technologies to secure the product suite now and in the future) in accordance with the Product Security roadmap.
* Programs track: focuses on supporting US programs by implementing product security on their products (helping programs put into practice the product security capabilities to ensure products are resilient through-life). The programs track is subject to nationality restrictions and only US nationals will be eligible for consideration.
Candidates should state in their covering letter which track they prefer (capability generation or program support) and provide evidence in their CV of experience and skills aligned with the preferred track. For the capability track, the role leads a team in building and maturing product security capability in line with the agreed roadmap and ensures capability relevance and fit-for-purpose across the Group for the decades to come. For the programs track, the role leads the team that carries out product security engineering tasks in support of Rolls-Royce programs in the US. The Chief of Programs works with US program teams, assigns engineers to tasks, and provides oversight and coordination of design, development and verification across the product lifecycle.
Why Rolls-Royce? Work with us and we will welcome you into a culture of caring and belonging where you can be yourself. We listen first, embrace feedback and act with integrity. We invest in your continuous learning and development and provide opportunities to grow your career and make a difference.
