We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Freezer Warehouse Operative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling, storing, and moving goods within a temperature-controlled freezer environment while maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for dispatch
* Load and unload deliveries in a timely manner
* Store products correctly within the freezer warehouse
* Maintain stock accuracy through regular checks and reporting discrepancies
* Follow all health and safety procedures, particularly those related to cold storage environments
* Ensure the warehouse is kept clean and organised at all times
* Work efficiently to meet daily targets and deadlines
Working Conditions
1. Work in a freezer environment (typically -20C or lower)
2. Physically demanding role involving lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
3. Picking orders via wrist scanner
4. Loading products into cages
5. Achieve picking and accuracy targets
6. Picking on LLOP truck ( training provided)
