The Role:

The successful candidate will:
* Recent experience of working as part of a successful team;
* Experience of undertaking a role that follows the appropriate application of policies and procedures ie First Aid, H&S;
* Recent experience of working with children of primary school age;
* High expectations of all children;
* A knowledge and understanding of ensuring the safety, general welfare and proper conduct of children.
* Motivate and inspire confidence in pupils;
* Encourage and participate in play;
* Work collaboratively with others to deliver the best possible outcomes for all pupils;
* Show a sensitivity to the personal needs of children;
* Act as an adult role model;

Fluency Duty
This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to converse at ease with pupils, parents and other users and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
