You will be required to work within the identified priority areas for the service, which will include delivering the Workforce Strategy, Policy Development, Organisation Design and Development, Business/Workforce Planning, and Recruitment and Retention.
You should have experience managing change, be highly adaptable, and have a good working knowledge of employment law. Excellent IT skills and highly developed communication skills are essential. An analytical and creative approach to problem-solving is required, along with a commitment to providing high-quality HR services.
Building and maintaining effective relationships and applying a consultative approach to achieve business objectives are crucial skills for this role.
You should be a Graduate CIPD member with considerable operational experience post-qualification.
