The Microsoft Operations Team is part of the newly established Vendor and Cloud Alliance structure. Our team provides operational support to both Corporate and Public Sector customers, assisting them and account managers throughout the entire lifecycle of a Microsoft agreement. We are dedicated and driven, prioritizing customer service and striving to be the best Microsoft Operations team in the industry.

Become an essential part of our Microsoft Operations Team
This individual will be responsible for providing operations assistance across both corporate and public sector customers through the full life cycle of a Microsoft agreement.
As a Microsoft Operations Executive, you'll be responsible for:
* Day to day management of the Microsoft Operations inbox, supporting with internal and external requests
* Liaising withMicrosoft Account Managers, Operations and the Licencing teams
* Setting up small to large agreement contracts and validating Microsoft Agreements
* Supporting customers throughout their entire lifecycle including contracts, agreement set ups, post sales licensing and portals
* Communicating with Softcat Account Managers, ensuring orders are placed correctly and on-time
* Facilitating with CSP (Cloud Solution Provider) queries
What we need from you
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* A passion for providing extremely high levels of customer service
* An interest in technology and becoming an expert in Microsoft solutions
* The ability to prioritise workloads and maintain a high level of attention to detail
* Be able to work on their own as well as part of the team
