Description Manage candidate generation activities, including job postings and direct sourcing. Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments to ensure alignment with role requirements. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Support the development and implementation of effective recruitment strategies. Maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation for compliance purposes. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future needs. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and fulfil their recruitment needs. Provide administrative support throughout the recruitment process.Profile A successful Part Time Talent Acquisition should have: Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field within the FMCG industry. Knowledge of recruitment best practices and candidate sourcing techniques. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
