Year 5 Teacher
Location: Milton Keynes
Contract: 5th January – 13th February (with strong likelihood of extension until July)
Hours: full time
We are working with a primary school in Milton Keynes who are seeking a confident and committed Year 5 Teacher to join them from January. This role is initially required until 13th February, with a strong likelihood of continuing through to the end of the academic year in July.
This is a full-time role with full teaching responsibilities, including planning, marking and assessment. The successful teacher will be confident delivering the Key Stage 2 curriculum and maintaining strong classroom routines.

Delivering engaging lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
Supporting pupils’ academic progress and development
Working closely with support staff and senior leadership

The school are looking for someone who:
Holds QTS and has experience teaching in Key Stage 2
Is confident teaching Year 5 or Upper KS2
Has strong behaviour management and classroom organisation skills
Can build positive working relationships with pupils and staff
Is reliable, adaptable and committed to continuity for the class

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
