Support Worker
Earn £13.45 per hour (£26,300 per annum, pro rata) and great benefits including Health Cash Plan
1 x Permanent, part time (21 hpw), covering 4 sleep ins a week.

What you?ll do
You?ll have an option to be an emergency responder - out of hours, £50 for first hour of attendance/ hourly rate for further time on site if required.
Supporting customers with tasks, this could be cooking, medications, support as per their support plan, some admin duties
Supporting customers with mental health issues such as autism, mild learning disabilities and substance misuse issues.
Encouraging independence and celebrating wins.

You have
Passion to support our customers to live their best lives
Experience of supporting others, professionally or personally
The ability to workon your own initiative, stayingcalm and positive under pressure
Recognise every customer is different and adopt a flexible, personal approach, listening to understand their needs
A Level 2 diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or willing to study towards it)

The practical bits
Shift times vary slightly due to rota working, approx. 20:00-22:00, sleeping in onsite from 22:00-07:00, cover 07:00-09:30, during the week
Shift starts earlier at the weekend from 17:00 and finishes later on a Monday 12:00.
Although you?ll lone work, we do get together regularly for training and team meetings.
You need an Enhanced DBS with barring list (we pay)
