Media Sales Executive

The Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven Media Sales Executive to join an established media business. The role focuses on selling advertising, partnerships and sponsorship across two leading magazines centred on hotel interiors and hospitality design. As a Media Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for driving new business, growing revenue and expanding existing accounts through integrated media solutions spanning print, digital and live events.

Working closely with editorial, marketing and events teams, you will shape creative, commercially viable campaigns that deliver real value to partners. This is a consultative role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, understanding client objectives and translating them into effective multi-platform opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Own and deliver individual and brand-level sales targets across digital, print and event sponsorship

* Proactively identify, pitch and close new business with design brands, suppliers, PR agencies and hospitality groups

* Build tailored proposals that align partner goals with engaged, influential audiences

* Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts with a focus on long-term partnerships and repeat business

* Upsell and cross-sell advertising, branded content, newsletters and event sponsorship

* Lead sponsorship sales for a programme of curated events including roundtables, panels and live experiences

* Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline, forecast revenue and report performance against KPIs

* Represent the brands at industry events and networking opportunities

Skills & Experience:

To succeed as a Media Sales Executive, you'll bring at least 2 years' experience in sales or business development within media, events or a related B2B environment. You'll be confident pitching at a senior level, organised in your approach and motivated by exceeding targets. Experience selling integrated solutions is beneficial, but strong transferable sales skills and the right mindset are key.

The Package:

* £30,000-£40,000 basic salary

* OTE £55,000 uncapped, paid monthly

* 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, birthday off and loyalty days

* Hybrid or remote working options
