Work within the Quality department reporting to the quality leader. The role offers the opportunity for personal development and will encompass internal and external quality activities, shop & vendor audits, regulatory and customer investigations and the opportunity to continuously improve both procedural compliance and overall shop quality awareness.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities include:
1. Utilize Flightdeck to measure, analyse and continually improve quality and procedural issues throughout the business
2. Review and update internal quality system documents to reflect those current procedures are in line with Part 145 regulations
3. To maintain all site regulatory body approvals, including continual review and implementation of changes to ensure compliance
4. To undertake internal audits and provide an independent view of the management system performance
5. Work with both Regulatory and Customer auditors, leading and managing audit teams as required to ensure compliance to stipulated standards
6. To conduct vendor audits and ensure regulatory compliance
7. Assist in maintaining Gensuite database, reviewing trends and implementing process improvements
8. To promote quality engagement within the production teams & identify quality concerns and improvement opportunities
