We are seeking a Logistic Analyst to join our Logistics team based in Stansted (UK).
Until August 2025, the employee may be based in a temporary office within the Stansted area, with
a planned relocation to a new permanent office, also located in the same area.
This role will be asked to travel for business purposes to Plymouth.
Accountability & Objectives
Accountable for logistic data analyst to ensure timely shipments, cost-efficient logistics operations,
and accurate inventory, stock management to budget and target, while identifying opportunities for logistics process improvements and budget optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse shipment data to ensure timely deliveries and identify areas for improvement.
Monitor and optimize order planning processes to meet customer demands and minimize delays.
Track and manage inventory levels, ensuring stock remains within budget and aligned with operational needs.
Review logistics costs and recommend strategies to reduce expenses while maintaining efficiency.
Ensure data accuracy in logistics systems, including shipment, stock, and order records.
Collaborate with the procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to improve supply chain processes.
Develop and maintain logistics performance metrics to track key indicators such as on- time shipments and cost efficiency.
Identify and implement improvements in logistics processes, from shipment planning to cost control.
Support forecasting and planning activities to ensure alignment between stock levels and customer demand.
Prepare and present regular reports on logistics performance, costs, and inventory to management for decision-making.
Always operate according to Group culture, values, rules and procedures.
Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain
Qualifications: University degree
Knowledge:
Knowledge of SAP system is needed
Basic knowledge of the most important IT tools is needed, including strong MS Excel skills
Strong data analysis, visualization, and forecasting skills
Languages:
English mother tongue
An additional language is a plus
Mindset & Interpersonal skills
Capability in dealing with complexity in a multinational environment is needed
Capability to promote team-working and collaboration among the different functions both at local and Group level is highly recommended
An attitude to measure performances by KPIs is highly recommended
An “hands-on” approach together with a high commitment in respecting working deadlines are highly appreciated
A good understanding of main company processes is appreciated
Business judgment and curiosity are required
Good communication skills with all levels of the organization are required
