Stakeholder Liaison Manager (SLM) will be working with project delivery team and will be responsible for managing and exceeding the Stakeholder’s expectations with respect to Below Ground Asset (BGA) delivery works coordination with local Highway Authorities, Councils, Fire Brigades, Greater London Authority (GLA), and other Utility providers. Responsibilities
* Ensure Highway/GLA quarterly co-ordination returns are submitted on time
* Attend various coordination meetings with external stakeholder
* Ensure Fire Brigade returns for the new hydrant installations are submitted and correct
* Arrange and attend open day/evening events with local residents and stakeholders
* Promote good management of public relations before, during and after projects
* Where possible reduce lane rental, parking bays and other highway charges
* Monitor and ensure our communications are submitted on time with respect to retail water market
* Monitor our streetworks compliance with respect to CAT inspections and highway defects
* Support deliver team with any escalated complaints or contacts
* Sit on the Continuous Improvement Team to help drive the programme forward with respect to Stakeholder co-ordination
* Monitor and prepare BGA GSS & DG3 returns for annual returns.
Requirements
* Excellent stakeholder management skills
* Strong communicator at all levels
* Experience working in highway streetworks/utilities (desirable)
* Proficient in a range of IT software products, including Microsoft Office
* Able to gain respect and trust from others
* Builds collaborative relationships with others to generate a positive team experience
* Full clean driving licence
