We are currently working with a fantastic Alternative provision in the Mansfield area who are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join their setting, supporting the current Manager with the day-to-day running of the provision and leading staff to ensure high-quality outcomes for pupils. This is a key leadership role for someone with previous experience in Alternative Provision, SEMH, or specialist education, who is confident managing staff, maintaining standards, and supporting pupils with a variety of needs. This is a full time, temp to perm role to start ASAP.
