We are a cleaning and mastic company, that works on new build sites.
The key role of this position is to take control of a geographical area and aid the Operations Manager and in addition to cleaning duties working with the teams, carry out the following:
* Developing a relationship with the customer/site management teams in that area.
* Keeping a record of ongoing site progress and any issues.
* Carry out training of current and new staff.
* Carry out independent audits 'pre and post clean' - during and after a HRC clean.
* Support the teams working in your area
* Monthly meeting with management
* Our sites are based in Yorkshire and Lincolnshire
The job will initially run concurrent with the duties of s senior cleaning team, but will evolve in time to being one of support working alongside the cleaning teams.
Working Monday to Friday
Salary exceeds minimum wage + bonus, company van.
Applicants must have a full driving license and a valid CSCS card.
