Overview

Join Oakman Inns & Restaurants Ltd as an Assistant Manager at one of our sites around the Aylesbury area. This role offers development opportunities within our award-winning training program, including a clear pathway to a General Manager position.


Responsibilities

* Aid the Management with leading the team and running shifts
* Assist in managing guest expectations


Qualifications

* You are passionate about great food and drink and delivering fantastic customer service
* You are confident when managing guest expectations
* You have management experience within a service-based environment
* You are organized and able to multitask


Compensation & Benefits

* £29,000 per annum plus a share of cash and card tips and up to £3.5k bonus potential per year
