National Account Manager - Morrisons (Grocery/Retail Channel)
Location: Hybrid (UK-based with travel to London and Bradford)
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: DOE upto £55,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

We're looking for a National Account Manager to lead one of our most strategically important grocery accounts - Morrisons. This is your chance to join a high-performing, purpose-led team supporting the transformation of a nationally recognised consumer brand that positively impacts millions of lives in the UK every week.
The Role:
Reporting to the Senior National Account Manager, you'll own and develop the commercial relationship with Morrisons, leading strategy, joint business plans (JBPs), and execution to drive growth, performance, and long-term value.
Whether you're currently working with Morrisons or have grocery experience across other major retailers (e.g., Tesco, Sainsbury's, ASDA, Co-op, Aldi, Lidl), we're open to hearing from talented NAMs or NAEs ready for their next challenge
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Lead the relationship with Morrisons, aligning strategic objectives and developing best-in-class joint business plans.
2. Deliver commercial targets including sales and profit in a responsible and sustainable way.
3. Act as a thought partner to the Senior National Account Manager, influencing wider channel and business strategies.
4. Analyse account performance and translate insights into action to unlock growth opportunities.
5. Lead transformation projects within Morrisons, including deployment of new technologies and retail initiatives.
6. Manage internal stakeholders across cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.
What We're Looking For:
We're open to candidates from a range of grocery backgrounds - whether you're currently managing Morrisons or have experience with other top grocery accounts in a branded FMCG environment.
Essential:
7. Strong experience in a National Account Manager or Account Executive role within FMCG
8. Proven success in managing or supporting relationships with major grocery multiples.
9. Experience developing and executing JBPs or customer business plans.
10. Confident communicator and presenter, able to influence at multiple stakeholder levels.
11. Data-literate and analytical, with a good grasp of BI/reporting tools (e.g. Qlik).
12. Project management experience and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
13. Full UK driving licence.
