Working closely with the Head of Legal & Contracts, you'll play a key part in supporting the business with commercial risk management, contract negotiation and legal compliance. You’ll work across sales, projects and wider operational teams, providing clear, timely advice on contractual matters and helping to ensure the company is protected and aligned with current legislation and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide legal and contractual advice to internal teams
* Review, draft and manage contracts, subcontracts, NDAs and framework agreements
* Identify, assess and mitigate contractual and commercial risks
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, internal policies and external directives
* Support negotiations and assist with resolving contractual disputes
* Structure and review partnership arrangements and collaborative agreements
* Support proposal development and commercial terms for new business opportunities
* Maintain accurate contract records and oversee documentation management
* Attend internal project meetings and contribute to commercial decision‑making
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders
About You
You will thrive in this role if you're proactive, detail‑focused and confident managing your own workload in a fast‑moving environment. We are looking for:
* 5+ years’ experience in legal contracts management within a commercial setting
* Strong background in reviewing/drafting prime contracts, subcontracts, NDAs and framework agreements
* Experience managing upstream and downstream flow‑down terms
* Excellent communication, relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work independently with sound judgement and integrity
* Calm, professional approach, particularly when working under pressure
* Confident presenting advice clearly and concisely to non‑legal stakeholders
Nice to have: experience within technical, engineering or regulated industries; exposure to software licensing, export control or IP agreements.
