Duties

* Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels to minimise waste.
* Implement and uphold food safety protocols to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
* Develop new recipes and product offerings to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
