Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, progressive individual to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and a good standard of literacy and arithmetic. They should be comfortable with a varied role and have an interest in IT and accounting. There will be an opportunity to embark on business, legal accounting or IT qualifications as well as progression within the business, if you should so wish. This role requires a strong ability to multi-task, attention to detail and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
* Working with a case management system (full training given)
* Answering calls and greeting clients
* Dealing with initial enquiries from external parties and passing enquiries on accurately
* Processing incoming and outgoing mail
* Processing accounting entries
* Taking payments and issuing receipts
* Any ad hoc duties as required by the business
Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills
* Good literacy and arithmetic
* Interest in IT and accounting
* Ability to multi-task with attention to detail and a positive attitude
